 Whenever my ICQ account logs in, I get an annoying popup that says "Unable
 to add the buddy 1 for an unknown reason."

 I have seen suggestions that logging into ICQ outside of Pidgin should
 help, but it has not fixed the problem for me.

 Does this error have any consequences? Can it be suppressed? Why does it
 happen?
