 Since 2 days in Pidgin all my buddys are shown as offline.
 They are online though. I receive their messages when they write.
 But i cant see their online status. Very annoying! started 2 days ago.

 They seem to show as online shortly after they login, but somehow
 disappear after a minute or so.
