 There is no C:\Program Files (x86)\Pidgin\Gtk, even though I ran the
 offline installer with the GTK option enabled.  The offline installer is
 56 Mb.

 After I extract your zip file in that path, pidgin runs normally.

 So right now the installer is missing libgstinterfaces-0.10-0.dll and the
 GTK runtime.
