 Unfortunately, there's not much useful information in comparing the logs.

 It appears to be hanging during initialization of the SSL plugin.

 You can confirm this, but moving `ssl*.dll` out of the Pidgin plugins
 directory when this occurs and see if that allows it to start up
 successfully (note that it won't be fully functional without the SSL
 plugin).

 It could be caused by some sort of security software on your machine, but
 it's hard to know because there are so many potential variables.
