 Hm, the session died before receiving a reply? Maybe something with your
 local audio/video configuration.


 Do you get any additional information when the chat window is opened while
 starting the conference?

 Also, the XMPP stanzas before (especially those containing the '''session-
 initiate''' and '''session-accept''' actions) could be helpful.
