 I've already commited similar patch, but per-connection, not per-
 conversation. I know, that can depend on other factors, but I'm also sure,
 this value is only approximated. For example, linefeed can be encoded
 using two bytes (CR+LF), or four bytes (html br).

 Exact value can only be got by trying to send a message and checking for
 -E2BIG.
