 No 3rd party plugins installed
 Windows 7

 I was looking at the logs for a specific contact and I noticed all logging
 stopped for this one contact 6/25/2013.

 I checked the actual log files and they also stopped on this date.
 I looked at the last recorded message and it said the following:
 "Logging stopped. Future messages in this conversation will not be
 logged."
 I am still logging for all other contacts. How can I fix this problem?

 -checked and verified logging is turned on.  It is set to record in an
 HTML format.
 -I have no third party plugins installed
 -All windows updates are complete
