 This idea would make a lot of sense actually. I already use Keepass for
 inserting the password in Windows and for many years this has been a
 weakness on Pidgin. I can't believe that inserting the name of the account
 in the password windows would be such a bad "hack".

 Besides using a password manager like Keepass, I don't see any other
 comfortable option for using Pidgin securely.
