Comment:

 Before private matters really got in the way last year I had hoped to do
 some stuffs one this.

 I'd say this is a more general privacy thing than just WinPidgin. I seem
 to recall that there are patches around for Finch to operate OTR*. Hence
 I've changed the component from WinPidgin to Privacy, but left it assigned
 to datallah for now.

 *Personally, I'd humbly submit Finch running OTR would probably be the
 most likely to be most secure - the surface area of attack could be far
 less. And I think this is the point where I fell off the edge, waiting for
 confirmation it was all 'working'. I should look back through the OTR-dev
 mail logs...
