 If a plugin does not specify a UI requirement in its plugin info struct,
 it will be available to any libpurple client.  If you go that route, you
 do need to make sure that it does indeed not have any code that makes it
 absolutely require a specific UI.  For example, you couldn't directly
 include GTK+ code or the plugin would fail to work with Finch.
