 +1 for this feature :)

 Meanwhile I'm using the plugin "Text replacement" 2.10.3 It replaces text
 in outgoing messages according to user-defined rules.

 For example, I configure a keyword, then when I type it in the chat window
 it's automatically replace by any pre-configure text templates
