Comment:

 What options are available in the per-account status selection dropdown
 menus is determined by the status types supported by the protocol that
 accounts uses. The global status selector displays a common set of status
 types (some of which any given protocol may not support).

 Given the above, the per-account dropdown for an XMPP account will not
 list Invisible (as XMPP has no such status) but the dropdown for an AIM
 account will list it.
