 Using ubuntu x86_64
 Pidgin 2.10.6 (libpurple 2.10.6)
 Connected via ethernet
 Yahoo settings are set to default values, except proxy (which I've set to
 no proxy)

 I'm able to receive files through Yahoo but am unable to send them. The
 two users I've tested this with report that they're not even alerted to
 accept a file xfer. I have tried this with multiple files and extensions,
 including .txt, .mp4 and .png.
