 if a groupname is renamed just with lower/upper case characters
 ("test" to "Test")
 pidgin says that not all contacts could be moved.
 then you have 2 same groups.
 in this example a group "test" and a group "Test"

 removing one group removes both.

 or in other words. you are missing the full group for deleting the
 duplicated one

 only tested with the icqplugin under windows 7. maybe other plugins got
 the same problem.
