Comment:

 You cannot delete groups if there's someone in them. Perhaps they are
 offline and you need to Show Offline Buddies to see them. However, it's
 also possible that your XMPP server simply does not allow you to delete
 the groups and restores them when you log in again.

 We do not have access to your XMPP server, your roster, or any part of
 your account. It appears that you work for Oracle; perhaps you have
 confused us with your IT help desk?
