#15478: Use of /nick causes nick to appear twice in the room list

 Excessive use of /nick (until you get a "Nick change too fast" error) will
 cause your nick to appear twice in the channel's user list. Another nick
 change will also remove the highlighting from your nick.

 Steps to reproduce (works on QuakeNet, I couldn't reproduce it on
 FreeNode):
  * Change your nick (fast!) until you get a "Could not change nick: Nick
 change too fast" error window.
  * A message "You are now known as $OLDNICK" will be printed.[[BR]]
    Your nick will appear twice in the room list.[[BR]]
    If you say something you will still be highlighted.
  * Now change your nick again.
  * There won't be any message printed, not will the room list be updated
 but you will change your nick.[[BR]]
    If you say something now, your nick will not be highlighted.
 You will still be highlighted at this point.
