 Issue verified to also exist in Ubuntu 12.04 (finch 2.10.3) when resizing
 a remotely connected putty window attached to a tmux session with finch
 inside. Patch seems straight forward and reasonable. Can't see a reason 3
 years of review has been needed. ;-)

 Can this patch please be applied or at least reviewed?
