#15687: Chat room name letters are not getting bold after disconnection and
reconnection

Whenever I get disconnection, names of chat rooms from the body list are
not getting bold after reconnecting again in order to inform me about
 activity going on there.
The bold letters work nicely when I just start the pidgin. So, this
problem appears only after disconnection and reconnection.
I don't have to mention that all of my IRC chat rooms are having Auto-
Login and Persistent enabled, so that's not the reason.

The only way for me to have bold letters work again is to quit the Pidgin
and restart it again - and that's quite irritating.

Some guys suggested me to use opened Pidgin window in order to watch
activity by red bold letters from the chat rooms tabs. But I actually like
much more to run the Pidgin in its system tray mode. It's more handy for
me and more intuitive if you wish. I hate to see a lot of tabs on my
 taskbar.

I think that those red bold letters (someone's chatting in the room) and
gray bold letters (someone's entering or leaving the room) should be also
implemented for body list chat room names. Now they are just bold (black)
 when someone is chatting.
But, sure, at first that bug should be fixed.

The info that could maybe mean something is also that I have dynamic IP.
Whenever I get disconnection, with the reconnection I'm getting new IP.
I'm not sure if that has any effect, but it's better to be mentioned.
