 I just noted that Pidgin freezes when I type in a specific URL from ebay:

 http://www.ebay.de/itm/Polaroid-Land-Camera-1000-mit-
 Blitz-u-Tasche-/231014055340?pt=DE_Alte_Kameras&hash=item35c982bdac

 When I type in other URLs like this one for example it doesn't freeze and
 there are no problems:

 http://www.ebay.de/itm/Polaroid-340-automatic-LandCamera-MUSEUM-Piece-
 Vintage-Rarity-excellent-
 FUNCTION-/221251157160?pt=DE_Alte_Kameras&hash=item338398bca8

 They are not really different, I don't know what is causing the problem.
 Running pidgin --debug doesn't show any information either. The output
 just stops.
