 Yes, the intent was to allow the values to be specified, but they have
 ''always'' been hidden, requiring users to know exactly what they're doing
 to edit the values.

 Does bitlbee cripple libpurple that much that it can't read an
 accounts.xml file?

 If we're going to do this, I'd prefer seeing a selection list of known
 valid values, but that's unlikely to happen since we have no one with
 access to Sametime servers and clients to get us that information.
