 When the global option "show offline buddies" is being set or reset, it
 doesn't affect per-buddy "show when offline" settings. On the contrary,
 per-group "show when offline" option changes settings of all group members
 when set or reset. That means that you can't use per-group option to find
 offline buddy and set "show offline" flag on they, because this flag is
 reset when you "collapse" group (set "hide when offline" to the group).
 Also you should re-set all per-buddy flags manually after using per-group
 flag.

 Proposed patch makes this option to behave as global "show offline
 buddies" option. When "show when offline" flag is set on group, per-
 contact options are preserved.
