 When I accept a file transfers, the transfer itself does not begin until
 I've selected a target location for this file.
 This sometimes makes the other party think I'm not receving it or
 something alike if a take a while to find it's location.

 Starting file transfer as soon as I accept the file (and move it to it's
 final location once I've picked it), would result in overall faster
 transfers, and a better user experience on both ends. Browsers already do
 something like this when downloading files as well.
