 when a user type the typing notification not sending from pidgin to the
 other person
 but typing notification received by pidgin if the user use another client
 pidgin to pidgin no typing notification at all

 miranda to pidgin , pidgin user able to see miranda use type , but miranda
 user never receive a typing notification
