 The Purple Plugin Pack is available [https://bitbucket.org/rekkanoryo
 /purple-plugin-pack here].  And you do not need the entire plugin pack.
 You can install and activate only the plugins you want.  There are
 currently no plans to include this feature in Pidgin or libpurple
 themselves; that could change in the future, but I don't see it happening
 anytime soon.
