 I hadn't noticed there was a version {{{urn:xmpp:carbons:2}}} of the spec,
 I had implemented {{{urn:xmpp:carbons:1}}}. I've updated it to use version
 {{{:2}}} (not much is changed, but the hierarchy of the `<forwarded>`
 element in `:1` could conflict with other future XEPs).
