Comment:

 It is our belief that the design of Pidgin is such that it doesn't matter
 which account a particular buddy belongs to.  Identical buddies from
 different accounts can be merged into contacts to simplify the buddy list
 and further reinforce the idea that the specific account doesn't matter.
