 Error Installing Spellchecking in 2.10.7 setup due to a 404 file not found
 error.

 The link that Pidgin tries to download from:
 https://pidgin.im/win32/download_redir.php?version=2.10.7&dl_pkg=oo_dict&lang=en_US.zip&lang_file=en_US.zip

 redirects to:
 http://openoffice.mirrors.tds.net/pub/openoffice/contrib/dictionaries/en_US.zip

 and all the Open Office files have been removed from the directory.  Only
 the /pub/openoffice folder remains and it is empty.

 I was able to download manually from here:
 http://extensions.services.openoffice.org/en/project/en_US-dict and this
 direct link: http://downloads.sourceforge.net/project/aoo-
 extensions/1470/1/en_US.oxt?r=&ts=1362411655&use_mirror=voxel

 Now while this ticket is using the en_US example, this affects all
 dictionaries as the mirror being used as a download source is empty.
