 No without renaming I see only a fresh Pidgin installation.

 Got it working. I've downloaded "pidgin-2.10.7-win32-bin.zip". Replace
 this over my portable installation dose not work (like it dose in previous
 versions). Even without renaming the exe I had to replace the
 Pidgin\App\Gtk version with the "gtk-runtime-2.16.6.1.zip". After that, it
 worked.
