Comment:

 The logging framework directory structure is based on the unique username
 of the account within libpurple (the value of which is dictated by the
 protocol/server).

 This isn't something that is going to change within libpurple, although
 the entire logging implementation is pluggable, so if this was important
 to you, you could write a plugin that would store logs differently.
