 That issue was a bug in a Trac plugin that has now been fixed(#15548).

 That's caused by your browser not being able to handle a very long URI -
 it's an issue with Trac, I may report it upstream, but it worked fine for
 me in Chrome.

 That was also an issue with the same plugin that has been fixed too - a
 couple things weren't fully working right when it was updated to work with
 the latest version of Trac.
