 When you send message in XMPP room, where you are at least admin with
 right-click mouse and then choose "Instant Message" there - you will be
 send it to Full JID, but we need send messages to Occupant JID all the
 time, and send to Full JID only on demand. So it can be done, for example,
 like this: we can have 2 options in that menu: "Instant Message to Full
 JID" and just "Instant Message" than sends to Occupant JID all the time.
