 When you you setup tabs view left or right horizontally - you are limited
 to only 12 characters and you even can't resize window, so you need to
 move your mouse every time to each tab there to view popup info, which is
 annoing and take time.

 Please, add the ability to resize Pidgin window with horizontally oriented
 tabs.
