 Currently the Message Notification plugin that ships with Pidgin supports
 options  such as "Raise conversation window" and "Flash window" either
 when messages are received from anyone _or_ only when your username is
 said.

 Please can you add some extra options to this plugin allowing more control
 over when this event triggers, such as when a specified user talks, or
 when a keyword is mentioned.
