 The reason this hasn't been implemented yet is that it's non-trivial to do
 and nobody who is interested in doing it has submitted a suitable patch.
 This isn't a common scenario and even if the functionality was
 implemented, I think it'd be really confusing.  It'd be better if this
 situation was simply avoided.

 We could fix the bug that allows accounts to be renamed to duplicates
 relatively easily - perhaps I'll do that.
