 Implement AIM Blast chat history support.

 In the AOL AIM client, when an AIM Blast chat window appears, recent chat
 history appears in the window.
 In Pidgin, no history is shown.
 Let's add the ability to show the history.
 When first logging in, recent history is shown.
 Scrolling up to the top of the window there is also a link to show older
 history.

 Note: AIM Blast groups have history enabled when the 'Archive' option is
 set, which is the default for new AIM Blast groups.
 AIM Blast groups can be created at http://blast.aim.com/
