 We are also having issues that match this ticket.  Clients who use pidgin
 are unable to send files to clients only using yahoo messenger.  Pidgin to
 pidgin and pidgin to adium file transfers using yahoo accounts work fine.

 Operating systems involved: Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP
 Pidgin versions: 2.10.6 & 2.10.7
 Yahoo messenger version: 11.5.0.228

 Testing methodology:
 1. Shut down all plugins in pidgin
 2. Disabled all accounts except yahoo messenger.
 3. Sent a file via the drag and drop interface.  Debug log output:
