New description:

 Hello, I'm have issues to the point where I cannot even figure out why it
 is happening. As the summary shows what type of firewall I'm using; its
 acting as our proxy.

 I've configured the HTTP proxy settings as necessary and made the
 necessary exceptions and port forwardings as needed to get pidgin to work,
 but Pidgin hangs on "connecting." The IM messaging service I'm attempting
 to use is AIM.

 I've attached the debug results.

 Also, the native AOL Instant Messenger Client works just fine too

 Any and all help would be appreciated! Thanks!
