 1. For many XMPP MUCs, you'll get the last messages re-sent to you when
 you join. Pidgin doesn't detect that it has already received these
 messages and just displays them again, resulting in duplicates if I
 haven't closed the window in the meantime.

 2. If you yourself have sent one of the messages, they'll contain your
 nick and you'll get a highlight. This is annoying (especially with auto-
 rejoin somewhere in the background).

 3. If you rejoin a MUC and you were the last person to change the topic,
 you get another annoying highlight.

     `(13:48:55) fxkr has set the topic to: ---`

 4. It would be nice if it were possible to be able to get notifications
 for *any* new messages (even if they don't mention you, but not for resent
 messages  / joins/parts/title), ''but only for certain MUCs'' (there's a
 patch for this in #10593).
