 Could a developer please add a close milestone to this? Next release
 preferably or 3.0.0?
 This is extremely important and relevant for adoption of XMPP and Pidgin
 as users move from platforms like Skype to open tech. Message reliability
 would be extremely useful for Tor usage and unreliable wifi or 3G.

 Android clients support this, we'd really appreciate it if Pidgin did too.
