 I have made an attempt to compile pidgin 3.0 under Windows 7 64 bit. At
 first, it could not even prepare the build environment asking for NSIS
 although it was already installed.

 I have prepared a patch for it to build environment under both 32 and 64
 bit versios of Windows. Please find the patch attached.
