Comment:

 Do you have a `win32-dev/nss-3.13.6-nspr-4.9.2`?
 It looks like you didn't follow the build instructions for version 2.10.7
 (https://developer.pidgin.im/wiki/BuildingWinPidgin?version=147) carefully
 (for one, you're building with gcc 4.8.1 instead of 4.7.2).

 Incidentally, there are a couple patches that are needed to build the
 2.10.7 version (https://hg.pidgin.im/pidgin/main/rev/a8672a4a3a13,
 https://hg.pidgin.im/pidgin/main/rev/75999131f023).
