#15779: I get "accept/reject certificate" prompts all the time. What do I do?

 I get this message every time and when I click accept, pidgin is crashed.

 The certificate for ocswebconf.cognizant.com could not be validated.
 The certificate claims to be from "203.99.195.234" instead. This could
 mean that you are not connecting to the service you believe you are.
 The certificate is not trusted because no certificate that can verify it
 is currently trusted.
