 Hi, there!

First of all, thanks for this great software :-). Although I don't use it
anymore, it is still an amazing IM client.

Well, this enhancement proposal came out of a discussion I had with a
friend. He was trying to create a new user on a XMPP/Jabber server, and
spent an absurd amount of time complaining about an "Authentication
Failure" error. He even asked someone to take a look at what he was
doing, but didn't manage to get past the error.

Anyway, after a *long* time we discovered that he actually wasn't marking
the "Create this new account on the server" checkbox. How depressing :-).

While I agree that he was anxious and did not read carefully the screen, I
also think that the fact that the checkbox is placed in a bad, poorly
visible place contributed to that. IMHO, a best place for it would be
below the "Remember password" button. But I also know that sometimes
designers have lots of arguments for doing things the way they do, and I
am in no position to question them ;-). Therefore, *if* you should decide
not to change the position of the checkbox, I would like to ask you to, at
least, change the error message displayed when the user provided is
invalid in the server. In fact, I believe this should be done regardless
of what you decide about the checkbox! :-)

Well, that's it for now! I hope you find my arguments reasonable, but I
am surely open to questions and comments. Thanks in advance.
