 Additional information...I went to disconnect a potentially problematic
 but should be unrelated to Pidgin behavior network share and it hung.
 Hosed up the network share management in Explorer. Wouldn't expect Pidgin
 to handle that, but perhaps Pidgin is asking for more than it needs?
 GetVolumeInformation? Disclaimer: I'm not a Windows dev.
