Comment:

 A bug report isn't really the best way to deal with this sort of thing -
 it isn't a bug.
 The support mailing list or irc channel is more appropriate.

 For one, your theme file isn't valid xml  - you have a `<buddys>` element
 nested within another `<buddys>` element.  You're also missing various
 other elements `<blist>`, `<groups>`, etc.

 The debug log should be somewhat helpful in debugging what's wrong with
 your theme file.
