 Asterisk server keeps trying to resend NOTIFYs for subscriptions that
 pidgin is no longer aware of (e.g. due to pidgin crash)

 These pop up in the debug window as:

 simple: cannot create dialog!

 RFC3265 part 3.2 says we should respond with:

 481 Subscription does not exist

 Certainly shuts up my Asterisk v11 server
