 I keep my conversation window the size of the right half of my screen. I
 recently updated from Windows 8 to 8.1, and then I started experiencing
 this issue. When I open a new conversation tab, or when I go to read new
 messages by double-clicking on the tray icon, the conversation window
 shortens itself to about 3/4s of the height of my screen. (this happens
 every time, not intermittently.) I updated to 2.10.9 to see if that would
 fix it; the issue persists.

 The window only resizes itself if it's longer than 3/4s of the screen.
 Only height is affected, not width; if I make the window wider, it stays
 wider after I trigger the bug. I haven't noticed any other circumstances
 in which the window resizes itself.
