 Hello,

 I installed this program to allow my staff and I to be able to communicate
 via pc, however upon installing the program it has not allowed me to log
 on, it consistently says it is unenabled, and does not allow you to
 properly set up an account. I request to delete my account (I tried
 through password page) and a confirmation of deletion via email
