Comment:

 Did you try to attach the log file by copying/pasting the contents into a
 comment or by using the "Attach file" functionality?

 The "not authorized" message is almost always due to an incorrect username
 or password.
 Without a debug log, (you probably can just copy the few lines immediately
 prior to where the "Not Authorized" text appears into a comment) there
 isn't much we can do.
