 After applying
 https://developer.pidgin.im/attachment/ticket/15909/pidgin-2.10.8-nss-
 bettertls-withlog.diff , I get "SSL Handshake Failed" and random
 disconnect issues from talk.google.com server (using a gmail ID) .

 I'm on Linux, running nss version 3.15.4

 As soon as I reverted to the unpatched version of pidgin, the issue seems
 to have gone away,
